Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist for Employee Relations & Transitions to manage offboarding for external employees worldwide, ensuring legal compliance and top-tier customer service. You will guide clients through termination procedures, coordinate with payroll and legal teams, and contribute to process improvements in a fast, remote, asynchronous environment.

Fluent business-level English, cross-border HR experience, and comfort with HRIS platforms are essential for success in this

Qualifications

Experience as HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance across jurisdictions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliant offboarding.
Provide first-level Employee Relations support and guidance on workplace concerns.
Coordinate with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant offboarding processes.
Draft termination-related documents with accuracy and privacy considerations.
Support process improvements and automation within Lifecycle programs.
