Job summary

FyerX in India is seeking a proactive Junior HR Associate to manage recruitment activities, support employee lifecycle processes, and ensure smooth HR operations.

You will source and screen candidates, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain HR records, onboard new hires, and handle queries with confidentiality in a hybrid work setting.

Strong English communication and organizational skills are essential, with 1–3 years HR experience, and familiarity with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a similar role.
• Demonstrable experience in end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Experience working in a startup, agency, recruitment firm, or fast-paced work environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social-media-based recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirements understanding, JD drafting, posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and closing roles.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, communication, role fit, notice period, availability, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, share profiles, follow up on feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, records, interview-status updates, and hiring reports using Zoho Recruit or other tools.
• Build and maintain a talent database for current and future hiring needs.
• Support onboarding: offer letters, document collection, joining formalities, induction, and orientation.
• Assist with payroll inputs, employee documentation, benefits coordination, and finance/operations coordination.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and SOPs; assist with performance-review coordination and development initiatives.
