Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an HR Specialist for a fully remote role with a fast-growing USA-based ecommerce client. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, support onboarding, and help shape People Operations as the team scales.

You will partner with hiring managers to craft sourcing strategies, attract top talent, and maintain a positive candidate experience in a remote, international environment. This role emphasizes employer branding and HR process optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, HR, People Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of employer branding and talent attraction best practices.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or HR systems is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Support onboarding and HR processes.
• Maintain HR documentation and internal HR processes.
• Assist with employee engagement and internal communications.
• Develop and implement HR policies and best practices.
• Assist with performance review processes and feedback initiatives.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and foster a positive culture.
• Track recruitment and HR metrics and provide insights.
• Support People Operations projects as the company grows.
• Develop employer branding initiatives and campaigns.
