FyerX is seeking an hourly-based freelance IT Recruiter to support internal technical staffing and client projects on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and closing software engineers and other tech professionals for diverse staffing needs.
Candidates should have 3+ years of IT recruiting experience, with a strong track record in placing candidates in software development, cloud, AI, and enterprise IT roles.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional IT recruiting experience placing software engineers, developers and tech professionals
- Deep understanding of modern tech stacks and cloud platforms to communicate credibly with candidates
- Advanced proficiency with ATS tools and Boolean search strings
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT/technical roles from requirements to offers
- Source high-quality technical candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards and networks
- Conduct thorough initial technical and behavioral screenings
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive tech talent for current and future hiring needs
- Keep candidate data and interview feedback up-to-date in the ATS
- Collaborate with tech leads and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements
