Job summary

TechTree is seeking a Head of Growth to own end-to-end growth for the Polish market. The role covers the full growth P&L, including bookings, revenue, CAC and LTV, with responsibility for all paid and organic channels, brand presence, and local partnerships.

You will lead a team of marketing specialists to implement a data-driven strategy that drives measurable commercial results. This is a fully remote position based in Poland, requiring fluency in Polish and deep understanding of Polish

Qualifications

• Proven growth impact in Poland with measurable results.
• Fluent Polish language and native consumer insight.
• Experience reading CAC payback curves.
• Experience leading a small marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full growth P&L for Poland across bookings, revenue and margin.
• Manage all paid and organic channels: Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO, ASO, affiliates, email, app.
• Drive Brand and PR in Poland and measure impact on funnel.
• Establish local partnerships and distribution deals with airlines, banks, telcos, media, loyalty programs.
• Lead and develop a team of marketing specialists to execute strategy.
