Job summary

Niulix, a leading Polish OTA, is seeking a Head of Growth to own the full Polish P&L and drive end-to-end commercial outcomes across all acquisition channels.

You will leverage deep understanding of Polish consumer behavior to capture more market share, manage a growth-focused team, and optimize SEM/PPC, SEO and paid social spend.

Based in Poland, native Polish speaker, you will translate market insights into scalable growth programs and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Native Polish speaker based in Poland.
• Proven track record growing a company/brand in Poland with revenue or booking metrics.
• Direct ownership of growth P&L and budgets (SEM/PPC, SEO, paid social).
• Experience leading and developing a marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Own Polish P&L and end-to-end commercial outcomes across acquisition channels.
• Lead performance marketing across SEM/PPC, SEO and paid social.
• Develop and coach a growth-focused marketing team to scale bookings.
