Job summary

MasterBorn is seeking a Growth-Minded Product Owner/Business Analyst to collaborate with US-based clients on SaaS products. You will translate business goals into product direction and manage roadmaps within cross-functional teams.

The role covers discovery and delivery, requirement writing, and workshops with clear communication to executives. Remote-friendly for Poland time zone, long-term collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Product Owner/BA of a SaaS product or managing external SaaS clients.
• Experience in Agile projects and English & Polish - min. C1.
• Ability to structure and visualize ideas clearly for clients and developers.
• Excellent at planning, roadmaps, and closing decisions on projects.
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation with US-based English-speaking clients.
• Experienced in writing requirements, creating process flows and communicating them to the team.
• Ability to conduct workshops with clients using diverse techniques.
• Solid business and product thinking; quickly grasp client models, goals, users, and market context.
• Open to learning, self-management, ownership, proactive in closing gaps.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted product partner translating goals into direction and priorities.
• Understand client business goals, strategy, users, and success metrics.
• Work at the discovery and delivery stages of the product implementation.
• Manage the product roadmap & backlog; align actions with measurable outcomes.
• Prepare clear requirements for the development team.
• Ensure timely delivery of the product and negotiate scope with the client.
• Advise clients on trade-offs between value, needs, complexity, risk, and time.
• Facilitate clear decisions when stakeholders disagree.
• Work with a cross-functional scrum team.
• Provide feedback and identify opportunities, risks, and gaps.
• Proactively bring recommendations to the client.
