Job summary

MasterBorn is seeking a Growth-minded Product Owner/Business Analyst to translate business goals into product direction and drive delivery for SaaS clients across the US from Poland.

You will partner with cross-functional teams in Agile projects, manage roadmaps, gather requirements, and facilitate workshops with English-speaking clients while communicating trade-offs clearly. This full-time remote/hybrid role offers a long-term path and a strong learning culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst of a SaaS product OR serving clients developing a SaaS product in a BA/Product Owner role.
• Experienced working in Agile projects.
• Strong ability to structure and visualize ideas in real time.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted product partner to the Client's Product Owner, helping translate business goals into product direction, priorities and decisions.
• Understand the client's business model, goals, product strategy, users, market context, and success metrics.
• Manage the product roadmap & backlog, linking decisions to measurable outcomes.
