Job summary

Altimi, a technology acceleration partner in Poland, seeks a GTM Specialist to craft content and messaging for sales and marketing. You’ll develop outreach sequences, LinkedIn posts, case studies and campaign materials, and track performance to guide future work.

You’ll work with the Marketing Manager to define ICPs and buyer personas, ensure consistent messaging, and produce assets like one-pagers and landing pages. Remote or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, B2B copywriting, or a related role.
• Knowledge of the IT services/IT consulting market.
• Excellent written English with clear, actionable copy.
• Portfolio or samples of work (posts, campaigns).
• Analytical mindset using data to decide what works.
• Hands-on experience with AI writing tools and AI workflows.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email marketing and tools like Lemlist or HubSpot.
• Self-driven, proactive and fast-paced.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and sales to define ICPs, personas and pain points.
• Create messaging and value propositions for each segment.
• Maintain messaging consistency across outreach, LinkedIn, website and sales materials.
• Write outreach content for LinkedIn and cold email sequences: hooks, messages and follow-ups.
• Prepare campaign materials: one-pagers, case studies and landing page copy.
• Turn market signals and customer insights into timely content.
• Plan content for LinkedIn and support personal branding of experts.
• Write articles, case studies and newsletters showcasing IT services expertise.
• Repurpose content across formats and channels.
• Run A/B tests on hooks, subject lines, value propositions and formats.
• Track performance: replies, engagement, meetings; report weekly.
• Experiment with AI tools and share learnings with the team.
