Job summary

Vimerson Health is seeking an E-commerce Channel Manager to drive expansion beyond Amazon USA. You will own growth across geographies and platforms, building scalable processes with clear accountability for results.

You will launch and scale new marketplaces, own commercial performance, and work cross-functionally to optimize revenue and profitability. This is a high-autonomy, zero-to-one role with significant impact.

Qualifications

• Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes.
• 3+ years growing ecommerce brands across markets/channels.
• Excellent commercial judgment: test, kill, and double down.
• Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete data.
• Clear communicator who influences stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision making, not opinions.
• Experience with supplements or Amazon ecosystems is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy beyond Amazon USA.
• Identify and prioritize new markets and channels (EU, Canada, Walmart, iHerb, DTC).
• Build business cases for each market/channel.
• Launch and scale new marketplaces end-to-end.
• Own revenue, profitability, and growth trajectory.
• Collaborate with supply chain, compliance, design, and ops.
• Define success metrics for each channel and track performance.
• Spot risks early and adapt quickly.
• Create and own new sub-brands where needed.
• Build repeatable playbooks and scalable systems.
