Job summary

Scale Jet is seeking an Experienced Amazon Catalogue Manager to own catalog operations end-to-end and drive aggressive growth across products and marketplaces. This remote role requires an extremely organized, proactive candidate comfortable with large Amazon catalog structures.

You will optimize listings, coordinate with designers and PPC, and support new product launches and EU/UK expansion while maintaining catalog health and compliance. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central catalogs at scale.
• Strong understanding of Amazon flat files, variation logic, and catalog troubleshooting.
• Extremely detail‑oriented, structured, and process‑driven.
• Proactive problem solver who can work independently.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts end-to-end (US + international marketplaces).
• Handle daily catalog operations and issue resolution (listings, variations, policy warnings).
• Build, edit, and maintain parent‑child relationships using templates and bulk uploads.
• Optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ Content.
• Coordinate updates with designers, copywriters, and PPC team.
• Support new product launches and marketplace expansion (EU/UK).
• Identify opportunities to improve listings for conversion and discoverability.
• Proactively communicate issues, risks, and improvements with leadership.
