Job summary

ScaleJet is seeking a commercially minded Creative Director for a fast-growing ecommerce client in health care. You will own the full creative direction across paid media, website, product pages, email, and organic content, balancing direct-response and brand objectives to drive growth.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, embed testing, and translate customer insights into high-performing creative assets. This remote, senior role offers autonomy and opportunities for strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior creative leadership within ecommerce or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to improve conversion and advertising performance through creative strategy.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce customer journeys across websites, emails, and paid media.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and external partners.
• Portfolio showing brand-building plus performance-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall creative vision across ecommerce channels and campaigns.
• Lead creative concept development and campaign planning with cross-functional teams.
• Review and approve high-priority assets and ensure brand consistency.
• Translate strategy into briefs, assets, and testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, ecommerce, and product teams.
• Monitor performance data to optimize creative strategies and outcomes.
• Ensure on-time delivery and efficient asset production.
