Job summary

EPC Network is seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead the US-focused Health vertical. You will own partner relationships, source new partners, and drive revenue growth across a fast-paced, international environment.

As the face of EPC Network for partners worldwide, you will negotiate terms, coordinate with media buying and analytics teams, and ensure swift, professional communication across calls, video, Slack, and email.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development in performance marketing.
• Proven experience with partners in the US market.
• Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems and networks (e.g., ClickBank, BuyGoods, MaxWeb, Digistore24).
• Fluent spoken and written English (B2/C1) with confident negotiation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners in Health, primarily US-based, increasing volume and revenue.
• Source, pitch, and onboard new partners and networks to expand the vertical.
• Own the Health vertical end-to-end and be the go-to partner for this niche.
• Negotiate commercial terms including CPA rates, caps, and payouts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align performance and strategy.
