Job summary

Scale Jet, a fast-growing international e-commerce brand, seeks a dynamic Head of Supply Chain and Operations to own end-to-end operations for our Amazon FBA business and global logistics. You will lead supply planning, procurement, and customer service, build scalable processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven growth.

The ideal candidate has a hands-on leadership style, is fluent in English, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain operations and logistics in ecommerce.
• Experience in ecommerce/Amazon FBA and FBM environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across supply chain and customer service.
• Experience with start-up cultures.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain planning, procurement, and fulfillment processes.
• Lead shipping, logistics, and 3PL management to optimize cost and service.
• Design SOPs and drive continuous improvement with data analytics.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, and product teams to align operations.
• Elevate customer experience through streamlined order-to-delivery workflows.
