TP seeks enthusiastic consultants to support customers of a major home appliances/ RTV manufacturer. The role focuses on providing technical information, diagnosing issues, and guiding users through product functionality from Poland. Remote-friendly with flexible scheduling.

Key requirements include Greek at B2/C1 and English at B1/B2, plus basic appliance knowledge and fast typing. Typical hours approx. 120 per month, with options for on-site or hybrid arrangements in Poland, depending on

• Fluency in Greek at B2/C1 level.
• Excellent command of English B1/B2.
• Basic knowledge of household appliances.
• Ability to type quickly on a keyboard.
• Available ~120 hours per month.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical information and support to equipment users per project guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Provide information on products and their functionality.
• Enter requests into the system.
