ZdalnaPraca is seeking a Customer Support consultant to provide Greek language help for users of home appliances and RTV equipment. The role is remote within Poland, with Warsaw on-site option under a civil contract. Strong Greek (B2/C1) and English (B1/B2) and typing speed are important.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Greek B2/C1.
• Excellent command of English B1/B2.
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (fridge, washer, TV).
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month (Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00, Sat 8:00–14:00).

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

Tasks:

• Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Providing information on products and their functionality.
• Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements:

• Fluency inGreek B2/C1.
• Excellent command ofEnglish B1/B2.
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month. Services are provided during project operating hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00 and Sat 8:00-14:00). Collaborators declare their availability and select cooperation

• Cooperation based on acivil contractwith a rateof PLN: on-site mode in Warsaw: 49,00 gross/horfull remote mode: 44,00 gross/h .
