TP seeks enthusiastic consultants to support customers of a major home appliances/ RTV manufacturer. The role focuses on providing technical information, diagnosing issues, and guiding users through product functionality from Poland. Remote-friendly with flexible scheduling.

Key requirements include Greek at B2/C1 and English at B1/B2, plus basic appliance knowledge and fast typing. Typical hours approx. 120 per month, with options for on-site or hybrid arrangements in Poland, depending on

Customer Support with Greek | Remote within Poland

Hey!

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

Tasks:

• Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.


• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.


• Providing information on products and their functionality.


• Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements:

• Fluency in Greek B2/C1.


• Excellent command of English B1/B2.


• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).


• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.


• Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month. Services are provided during project operating hours (Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00 and Sat 8:00-14:00). Collaborators declare their availability and select cooperation hours from available time slots.

What we offer:

• Cooperation based on a civil contract with a rate of PLN: on-site mode in Warsaw: 49,00 gross/h or full remote mode: 44,00 gross/h.


• Bonus system.


• If you choose the on-site mode: the possibility of switching to hybrid cooperation after meeting operational requirements of the project, and good performance. (3 weeks remote, 1 week onsite).
