Cross Border Talents is seeking a Remote Polish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support users from Greece. You will provide empathetic, accurate, and timely assistance, staying current with product knowledge and community standards while safeguarding the community's interests.

You will handle inquiries, investigate issues, and collaborate with a global team to improve workflows; relocation assistance is offered for candidates outside Greece.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and clear, empathetic communication in Polish (C1-C2) and English (B2).
• Proactive attitude and detail orientation.
• Ability to analyze data and identify workflow improvements.

Responsibilities
