Job summary

TP is seeking enthusiastic customer service consultants to support users of home appliances in Warsaw. You will provide technical information and resolve issues while following project guidelines.

Strong Portuguese and English language skills are essential, and a civil contract with a PLN 46 gross/hour rate applies. Expect about 120 hours per month during project hours; on-site presence at our Warsaw office is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of Portuguese (C2).
• Very good command of English (B1/B2).
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Provide information on products and their functionality.
• Entering requests into the system.
