Job summary

Labcorp in Poland offers a fully remote Global Payroll Internship within our International Payroll program. You will rotate through teams, gain hands-on payroll operations, compliance, reporting, and project support while applying strong Excel and data-analysis skills.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a bachelor’s in business, finance, or related field, with excellent English and a keen interest in payroll, HR operations, or shared services.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, HR, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll data gathering, validation and preparation activities.
• Support payroll year-end activities and compliance processes.
• Maintain payroll trackers and analyze payroll data using advanced Excel features.
• Support testing, documentation, and SOP updates during implementations and process improvements.
• Help with payroll invoicing and data organization for projects.
