Infosys Poland is seeking a Payroll Specialist/Subject Matter Expert with German proficiency to manage end-to-end payroll cycles for multinational clients. The role emphasizes accurate gross build, validations, and timely reporting within a hybrid work setup in Poland.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of global payroll experience, holds a graduate degree, and demonstrates excellent communication skills to engage clients, vendors, and HR stakeholders while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English (min C1).
• 2 years of experience in global/international payroll processing.
• Graduate in any stream.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging clients, vendors and HR stakeholders.
• Understanding end-to-end payroll cycle and build-to-gross concepts.
• Knowledge of local payroll nuances in supported countries.

Responsabilités

• Collect, validate and load payroll inputs across cycles (weekly, bi-monthly, monthly).
• Ensure gross pay is built accurately for each cycle.
• Process exception payments and off-cycle runs (retro, arrears, corrections).
• Maintain payroll system data and configurations.
• Perform payroll validations and reconcile headcounts.
• Generate periodic and ad-hoc payroll reports for management.
