Job summary

IS-Wireless is building some of the most advanced 5G/6G networks in Europe, delivering real deployments including defense environments. We seek a Senior Solutions Architect to be the technical face for strategic clients and high-level engagements.

You will lead the design and validation of full-stack 5G solutions for multi-million euro deals, align roadmaps with the CTO, and own technical strategy for tenders. Represent the company at industry events and standards bodies.

Qualifications

• Deep-Tech Mastery: 12+ years in Telecommunications with a deep understanding of 4G/5G, RAN and Core architecture.
• Architectural Vision: practical knowledge of Advanced Mobile Solutions architectures and virtualized architectures.
• Strategic Influence: proven track record in a Solutions Architecture or Technical Leadership role with major contract wins.
• Communication: ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level stakeholders while maintaining credibility with engineers.
• Fluent English: operating on a global stage with international partners and clients.

• RFP/RFQ Mastery: Own the technical strategy for complex tenders, ensuring our proposals are bulletproof and superior to traditional vendors.
• Ecosystem Leadership: Represent IS-Wireless at industry events and standards bodies as a leading expert in 5G & 6G Networks.

Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

• Deep-Tech Mastery: 12+ years in the Telecommunications industry with a profound understanding of 4G/5G, RAN, and Core architecture.
• Architectural Vision: Practical knowledge of Advanced Mobile Solutions architectures and Virtualized Architectures design.
• Strategic Influence: Proven track record in a Solutions Architecture or Technical Leadership role where your input directly resulted in major contract wins.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level stakeholders while maintaining absolute credibility with engineers.
• Fluent English: Operating on a global stage, leading negotiations with international partners and clients.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with defense sector requirements or highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of virtualization, cloud-native infrastructure, and modern networking stacks.
• Active participation in industry bodies (e.g., 3GPP).
