Job summary

SGX Graphics is seeking a Junior Artwork Coordinator to support packaging artwork projects across global markets. You will work with Artwork Leads and cross-functional teams to coordinate creation, updates and approvals, ensuring timelines are met in a fast-paced international setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in project coordination, artwork or packaging, with strong organization, communication and Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Artwork, Packaging, Marketing Operations or Production Coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support Artwork Projects: coordinate artwork creation and modification from brief to approval; review requests; help prepare briefs for production teams; track progress; support implementation across markets.
• Work with Global Stakeholders: coordinate with Regulatory, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Design teams; facilitate communication between affiliates and graphic teams; follow up on topics; inform stakeholders of status and milestones.
• Manage Artwork Information: maintain artwork data and documentation; update project information in systems; assist with approval workflows and document control; ensure accuracy.
• Plan and Monitor Activities: assist with project tracking and workload planning; identify delays or missing information; support KPI reporting and project administration; contribute to process improvements.
