Job summary

KabuK Style is seeking a Partner Success Specialist (Global Hotel Operations) to support day-to-day operations of our global hotel partnerships. You will manage onboarding, operational setup, and partner support to ensure seamless operations and an excellent partner experience across assigned markets.

This role offers remote work and opportunities to collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to optimize partner performance and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or hospitality platforms.
• Experience with hotel onboarding and partner management.
• Capable of collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams.
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of directly contracted hotel partners.
• Coordinate hotel onboarding and maintain partner information.
• Register and update hotel information, rates, inventory, and settings.
• Respond to operational inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor quality and propose process improvements.
• Support TPS-related operational tasks.
• Prepare operational reports and documentation.
