Job summary

Talixo, the world's leading operator of pre-booked transfers, is expanding its Partner Success team in Kraków. As a Partner Success Specialist, you will own onboarding journeys, coordinate launches, and ensure smooth daily operations across the partner portfolio.

You will collaborate with internal teams, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements to keep partners engaged and satisfied while supporting growth opportunities. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

2–4 years in Partner Success, CS, or Operations.
Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment; travel, mobility, SaaS is a plus.
Strong project-management with the ability to coordinate multiple partners and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Highly structured, organised, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end partner onboarding and launches.
Coordinate internal teams, proactively resolve blockers, ensure go-live readiness.
Monitor partner performance, quality KPIs, and adherence to SLAs.
Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to onboarding standards and playbooks.
