Job summary

UPM is seeking a Specialist, Invoicing and Export Documentation for our Supply Chain team in Wroclaw, Poland. This role covers domestic and export invoicing for timber and by-products, and requires handling export documents, archiving, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will contribute to process improvements and work in a hybrid setup, reporting to the Manager Supply Chain. Fluent English and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree.
• You have experience in Invoicing and Document management or other roles related to Order To Cash operations.
• You can collaborate effectively with others while also handling tasks on your own.
• You have great organizational and prioritization skills.
• You have experience in following systems is beneficiary: WSS, OTM, Power BI, Oracle analytics cloud and Basware.
• You are fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for domestic and export invoicing of sawn timber and by-products.
• Create invoices (invoice, proforma), create invoices for by-products (wood chips, wood dust), create miscellaneous invoices.
• Handle credit notes.
• Prepare and review export documents (letter of credit, cash against documents, certificates of origin, insurance certificates, other certificates on demand).
• Be responsible of eArchiving of documents.
• Handle Stock transfers.
• Calculate annual discounts for customers.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on daily basis.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.
