Job summary

GE Vernova in Katowice, Poland, seeks a skilled Logistics Coordinator to ensure delivery of equipment to the destination on time, within budget, and in full compliance with international trade rules.

You will coordinate project logistics, manage RFQs and shipping documents, monitor risks, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with procurement, service providers, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Logistics or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics.
• Knowledge of Turnkey Project Logistics.
• Experience with heavy/out-of-gauge transports.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project logistics and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Manage shipping documents and compliance with incoterms and customs.
• Coordinate with service providers and stakeholders across sites.
• Track costs, risks, and performance for the project team.
• Support continuous improvement and adherence to GE processes.
