Job summary

Be in IT is seeking a Call Centre Operator fluent in German and French to work remotely from Poland. The role focuses on customer and stakeholder communication by phone and email, building relations across international markets, and supporting business operations with a strong emphasis on data protection and process improvement.

Experience in a multicultural environment is preferred; English proficiency at B2/C1 is required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and French (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in communicating with customers and stakeholders by phone and email.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via phone and email in daily operations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues across different international markets.
• Support day-to-day business operations and related administrative activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and data protection requirements.
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate and support continuous process improvement.
