Job summary

Infra One, an AI-native fund administration and investment platform, hires operators with legal training to run the operational engine for a small portfolio of venture funds. You join the GP’s WhatsApp group and manage onboarding, closings, capital calls, deal execution, and reporting through legally dense documents. You read LPAs, subscription agreements, CLAs, side letters, and more, guiding GPs and coordinating with engineering to ship fixes.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent legal training.
• Ability to read a sixty-page LPA and related documents (subscription agreements, side letters, SAFEs, convertible loans, term sheets).
• Comfort with transaction documents and fast, accurate answers.

Responsibilities

• Walk LPs through subscription and KYC, resolving issues quickly.
• Process deal handoffs and collect corporate/AML documents, verify terms match agreements, execute signatures and wires within tight timelines.
• Answer due‑diligence questionnaires with clear, reusable one‑pagers for future funds.
