Job summary

Infra One seeks an operator with legal training to run the operational engine for a small portfolio of venture funds. You’ll own LPAs, subscription agreements, and related documents, handling onboarding, closings, capital calls, and reporting end-to-end with fast, precise execution.

You’ll be in the GP’s WhatsApp group, drive responses to KYC and due-diligence tasks, and collaborate with an engineering team to ship fixes in real time.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent legal training.
• Ability to read LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, SAFEs, convertible loans, term sheets.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, closings, capital calls, deal execution, and reporting end-to-end.
• Review and coordinate legal documents; ensure terms match agreed arrangements.
• Answer due-diligence questionnaires with precise, reusable responses.
• Flag problematic side letters and guide the GP on declines while preserving relationships.
• Provide live status updates and coordinate with engineering for fixes and improvements.
• Feed learnings back to the platform to improve flows and user experience.
