Job summary

Infra One is hiring operators with legal training to run the operational engine of a small portfolio of venture funds. You will handle onboarding, closings, capital calls, deal execution, and reporting, all driven by a strong AI-first backend.

You will own outcomes for named clients, working with an engineering team to ship fixes and deliver fast, accurate responses end-to-end. This is remote and global in scope, across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent legal training.
• Ability to read and interpret LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, SAFEs and term sheets.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard funds and manage KYC, closings, and capital calls end-to-end.
• Review and reconcile legal documents (LPAs, subscription agreements, CLAs, side letters).
• Provide precise, rapid responses to due-diligence requests and maintain client trust.
