Job summary

Infra One is seeking a remotely staffed operator who owns the back-office engine for a portfolio of venture funds. You will manage onboarding, closings, capital calls, and deal execution through legally driven documents, working directly with GPs and LPs.

The role requires a legal background and the ability to read complex documents, with English fluency and strong ownership in a fast-paced setting. You will be embedded in client workflows, ensuring speed and accuracy from subscription through

Qualifications

• Legal background with training and comfort reading transaction documents (LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, SAFEs, convertible loans, term sheets).
• Operator mindset: unblocking and delivering end-to-end client outcomes.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German or EU/US fund structure experience is a plus.
• Fully remote role with overlap with Central European business hours.

Responsibilities

• Guide LPs through subscription and KYC, diagnose verification issues, and close within set timelines.
• Collect corporate documentation, review CLAs and ensure conversion terms match agreements for fast signatures and wire transfers.
• Answer due-diligence questionnaires with robust, reusable one-pagers for future funds.
• Flag inappropriate demands for side letters and provide GP-ready language to decline without harming relationships.
• Maintain live status overviews for GPs, track blockers, and push proactive reminders.
• Contribute learnings back into the platform to improve flows and AI-driven outputs.
