Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced Event Manager to plan and deliver large-scale, international conferences. You will coordinate logistics, registrations, and on-site execution while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality experiences.

The role demands strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and meticulous attention to detail, with opportunities to contribute to sponsorships, budgets, and post-event analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event management or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership
• High attention to detail and accountability for delivered results
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver large-scale conferences and events for executive-level audiences
• Coordinate logistics, audience acquisition, registration platforms, and on-site execution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure high-quality event experiences
• Contribute to sponsorship planning, budget tracking, and post-event reporting
• Support end-to-end event lifecycle activities with attention to detail and proactive skill development
