Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an External Talent Sourcing & Contracting Associate Manager to support strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for HR/Contractor spaces. You will partner with stakeholders globally to drive cost reductions and performance improvements.

You will lead market research, manage RFPs/RFIs, and provide executive-level reporting while mentoring junior team members and ensuring alignment with procurement strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, procurement and supplier management.
• Experience in HR/Contractors space preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing exercises including RFIs and RFPs for category strategy.
• Perform upfront market research and supplier identification for projects.
• Partner with stakeholders to align delivery with objectives.
• Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders on sourcing and category management.
• Provide analysis to maintain competitiveness of contracts.
• Develop relationships with supplier panel to deliver strategy.
• Manage KPI reporting and data-driven improvements.
• Perform total cost of ownership analyses for cost improvements.
• Coordinate monthly performance data and executive reports.
• Support sales, spend & contract analysis and category planning.
