Job summary

Amex GBT in Poland is seeking an Event Planner to coordinate corporate events across the EMEA region. You will lead program planning from contract execution to final billing, and deliver exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.

You’ll manage vendor relationships, budgets, registration, and onsite logistics, while leveraging Cvent to optimize experiences. A minimum of 1 year in delegate event management and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of delegate event management experience.
• Strong client management and meetings management.
• Experience with budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Location: Poland.

Responsibilities

• Organize corporate events across EMEA.
• Lead program logistics and cost management.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and contracts.
• Oversee registration and attendee communications.
• Coordinate on-site logistics with venues and staff.
• Conduct post-event debriefs and reports.
• Develop service recovery plans and continuous improvements.
• Utilize Cvent for registration and event tech.
