The Perfect Freight Source, LLC is seeking a Freight Broker to join as an independent agent. You will partner with carriers and customers to build lasting relationships, identify process improvements, and present reports to upper management. Strong organization and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight brokerage or third-party logistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service and sales.
• Ability to think critically, prioritize, and communicate clearly.
• Organized with account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with carriers and customers/shippers.
• Resolve transportation issues, delays, and supply concerns quickly.
• Maintain accurate shipment records using our TMS.
• Provide regular reports to upper management on logistics progress.
• Track and trace shipments and provide timely customer updates.
• Broker freight and coordinate across teams.
