BECC Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław is seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder to join our logistics team. You will organize international shipments, negotiate rates, and build strong relationships with clients and transport partners.

You should be adept with transport exchange platforms, able to work independently, and manage multiple shipments under pressure. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus. We offer a stable contract or B2B, plus bonus and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding or transport industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and transport partners.
• Familiarity with transport exchange platforms.
• Independent, organized, and able to solve problems under pressure.
• Good command of English; other languages are a plus.

If you have experience in freight forwarding, understand the dynamics of the transport market, and can independently organize shipments, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Acquiring new clients and subcontractors
• Organizing and coordinating international shipments
• Working with TMS and transport exchange platforms such as Trans.eu and TIMOCOM
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and transport partners
• Negotiating transport rates and terms of cooperation
• Ensuring the timely execution of transport orders
• Monitoring shipments and resolving unexpected issues
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Providing high-quality customer service

Requirements:

• Experience in freight forwarding or a good understanding of the transport industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients and transport partners
• Familiarity with transport exchange platforms
• Ability to work independently, organize shipments, and solve problems effectively
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• A proactive approach to acquiring new clients and developing business relationships
• Good command of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage

An established network of clients and transport partners will be considered a strong advantage.
