destinationone Consulting is seeking a Fractional Business Development Manager (FBDM) to drive government sector growth across North America in a remote capacity. The role starts with a 3-month contract, focusing on onboarding one new RAASS client monthly and scaling to six per quarter after performance milestones are met.

The ideal candidate brings an established government network, proven sales leadership, and ability to work independently in a results-driven, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in government sector or closely related.
• Existing book of business in government sectors required.
• Familiarity with recruitment services and North American market is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with remote work tools and home-office setup.
• RAASS model knowledge is beneficial.
• Ability to start as fractional and grow with performance.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new RAASS clients leveraging your government network.
• Develop and execute strategies to engage senior decision-makers.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high service levels.
• Aim to onboard at least one new RAASS client per month during initial term.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Identify opportunities to promote the RAASS model and expand accounts.
