Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking with capital-raising track record.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of investor relations, compliance, and due diligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capital raising strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with angels, VC firms, family offices, and financial institutions.
• Structure and negotiate investment deals (equity, debt, or convertible instruments).
