Job summary

Kalpa Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting operations across our global organization in a fully remote capacity. You will lead month-end close, payroll processing, billing, and control activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls.

You will partner with the executive team to deliver timely analyses, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive process improvements across ERP systems and financial workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and cloud-based accounting software.
• Experience managing payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience leading or mentoring accounting staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger.
• Review billing, vendor payments, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and analyses for leadership.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards for decision making.
• Maintain internal controls and support ERP optimization.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and cash reporting.
