OKTOBER is a fast-growing Shopify retention agency seeking a proactive Executive Assistant/Operations partner to work directly with the Founder. You’ll manage calendars, emails, research, and admin tasks while shaping the team and culture with the Head of People.

You’ll own multiple workstreams, anticipate needs, and grow into a Founder's Associate role. This is a remote-first position with a clear growth runway and direct access to the Founder and Executive Team.
