Job summary

CIC Warsaw seeks a Founder's Associate to protect Tim’s time, preserve context, close loops, and turn relationships and commitments into action, working directly with the Founder and Executive Chair. It’s an executive-support role with broad strategic reach, similar to a Chief of Staff but more flexible.

You will own the calendar, manage international travel, maintain decision logs, and support the founder’s podcast and media.

Qualifications

• Polished written and spoken English and confidence communicating with stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to dates, time zones, and follow-ups.
• Analytical and curious with an interest in AI and technology as tools.
• Ability to work with high autonomy and provide practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own Tim's calendar and inbox; triage, prioritize, and draft responses.
• Plan complex international travel end-to-end and adapt plans as needed.
• Maintain a trusted system for commitments, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Manage relationships with senior colleagues, entrepreneurs, and partners.
• Support Tim’s podcast and media operations, including scheduling and research.
• Apply AI-forward approaches to automate routine work and improve processes.
