Job summary

Evotym is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a fintech recruitment venture. You will manage a diverse workload, from calendar oversight to travel planning and personal errands, while acting as a trusted partner to drive operational efficiency.

You will leverage strong research and communication skills to source optimal options, maintain confidentiality, and handle ad-hoc tasks with independence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience supporting senior leadership, preferably a Founder or C-level executive.
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent research and vendor-sourcing abilities.
Strong written and spoken communication; comfortable with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage Founder's calendar, meetings, and reminders.
Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements.
Handle personal errands and lifestyle tasks for the Founder.
Research and compare services/vendors, providing clear recommendations.
Coordinate with external providers and ensure task completion.
Support daily admin tasks, including documents and payments.
