Job summary

Ravago seeks an EU VAT Compliance Specialist to manage VAT reporting and compliance across our group. The role blends tax and accounting with business acumen, acting as a partner to teams for practical VAT decisions.

The position is hands-on, with close collaboration across Europe. You will mostly work remotely with some office presence in the Warsaw area and travel opportunities within Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in VAT compliance, tax or accounting.
• Understanding of EU VAT regulations and processes.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems and/or VAT reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day-to-day indirect tax compliance (VAT returns, Intrastat, SAF‑T) and ensure timely filing.
• Support and maintain VAT reporting tools, including their further rollout across Europe.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on VAT compliance matters.
• Monitor VAT positions of European entities (payments, refunds).
• Cooperate closely with local finance teams on new VAT requirements.
• Support internal and external VAT audits.
