Job summary

Bruker is seeking a VAT Manager for its Global Business Services Center in Warsaw to lead VAT compliance across EMEA, train Finance and Sales teams, and drive process improvements. You will coordinate with Tax and G/L teams and external advisors to implement new VAT rules. A strong background in VAT with leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax.
• At least 10 years of VAT experience including compliance and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of VAT legislation and cross‑jurisdictional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day VAT compliance operations across assigned jurisdictions.
• Prepare, review, and submit VAT returns and related filings.
• Monitor calendars, maintain SOPs, and support SOX related controls.
