Job summary

Anyone AI Inc. is seeking Civil Engineering Experts to design realistic tasks for evaluating AI agents in construction contexts. You will work remotely on a contract, part-time basis, about 20 hours per week, starting immediately.

You’ll focus on cost estimating, quantity surveying, tender prep and technical document review. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary contributors to define reproducible tasks and criteria, create traceable reference solutions, and ensure AI outputs meet professional

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying or tender prep.
Ability to interpret specifications, drawings, bills of quantities and contracts.

Responsibilities

Design realistic civil engineering tasks based on construction workflows.
Interpret tender documents, technical specs, drawings, schedules and pricing.
Prepare and verify quantity schedules, takeoffs, cost estimates and budgets.
Match work to pricing entries, checking materials, units, conversions and scope.
Identify conflicting requirements, missing information, duplicates and omissions; document implications.
Create reference solutions with traceable calculations and source citations.
Review AI outputs and independently check reference answers for accuracy.
