Job summary

Sowelo Consulting is seeking an Account Executive to join our Client Sales Team. This 100% direct sales role in Poland requires you to prospect, manage a defined territory, and close new business while collaborating with sales engineering and implementation teams.

Remote work from Poland is offered, with West Poland preference. You will drive a prescriptive sales process, maintain a 90-day pipeline to hit ARR quotas, and nurture relationships for upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
• Proven ability to manage a defined sales territory and close deals.
• Experience meeting or exceeding ARR quotas and forecasting pipeline.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business opportunities within a defined territory.
• Prospect for new clients via email, networking, cold calling, and other strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to service customers and enable upsell.
• Maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline to meet ARR quota.
• Document findings, progress, and pipeline velocity in Salesforce.
