Job summary

Akamai Technologies is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Guardicore Segmentation to guide enterprise customers in implementing Zero Trust segmentation and to maximize value from the Akamai platform while strengthening security posture.

This technical, customer-facing role will collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Support across the EMEA region to own the technical relationship, drive adoption, and deliver strategic value.

Qualifications

• Have relevant experience in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar)
• Have solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, segmentation)
• Have experience with cybersecurity concepts (Zero Trust, microsegmentation, threat detection)
• Have hands‑on experience with Linux/Windows environments
• Have solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Have experience working with large enterprise customers in EMEA and be fluent in English
