Job summary

Akamai is seeking a Security Architect to own the integration and deployment of security solutions for enterprise customers. You will configure, debug, document, test, and go-live security projects while analyzing customer traffic to address web security concerns.

You will counter bot activity and evasion techniques, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft robust technical solutions. Candidates should be comfortable with Linux, scripting, and log analysis, with strong English

Qualifications

• Knowledge of web security and modern web security risks.
• Experience with analysis of customer traffic and security configurations.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical aspects of integration of Security Solutions (config, debugging, docs, go-live).
• Analyze customer traffic and implement Akamai security solutions for protection.
• Address web app, bot attacks and WAF evasion techniques to improve security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training to up-skill and train others.
