You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding implementation and optimization to maximize platform value and strengthen security posture. In this role you will own the technical relationship, drive customer success and adoption, and deliver strategic value while collaborating with internal teams such as Customer Success, Professional

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, SE, Security Engineer)
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing)
• Experience with Zero Trust, microsegmentation, threat detection
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows environments
• Experience with large enterprise customers in EMEA; fluent in English
